Unpacking How to Win Friends and Influence People

This video series is meant to deconstruct Dale Carnegie’s 1936 classic self-book on “How to Win Friends and Influence People” (HWFIP). HWFIP is one of the all-time best-selling books and most influential books, first published in 1936 it is both timeless and dated. Being about to effectively EARN the respect and trust of friends, co-worker and clients is more important today than ever.

However, as one of my clients said to me “it sounds like the kind of book sociopaths would read to sound more approachable.” I don’t disagree but just because sociopaths find it useful doesn’t mean you can’t too.

Wow, that’s a lot of double negatives —
